Okay it's time again for me to bore you with my beloved plants :-P

So remeber that huge HUGE bud of doom on my cute little cactus?

Er well kind of... it's STILL not opened fully and all this grey wet weather is really not helping it. It's getting a little wider every day though but boy is it taking it's time over it *sighs*

These two are both on the same windowsill. I'm hoping to wake up one day and it'll be lovely and sunny with many flowers open too... well I can hope right? *glances at the downpour outside*

... I want flowers... *goes and hides in her cacti geekery

Aww! That's really pretty! :-)

I've just got a weed, a...something of garlic, and some petunias. The weed and garlic are in the same pot. I need some cacti...they're nice plants. Do you have like a little mini cactus garden?

Thanks :)

I have my two bedroom windowsills full of cacti. We have an old house so they're nice and deep ;) There's more in the greenhouse out in the garden... I really like my cacti! So not really a garden just lots of pots heh.

Maybe you should take the weed out of the garlics pot? :-)

It's nice to have greenery around the house. :-)

We probably should take the weed out but we're just so happy that something is growing. We tend to kill plants. We've been faithfully watering the weed, it's Prickly Lettuce, and hoping that it'll flower. They're supposed to flower but I haven't seen a bud yet. :-(

Wow. This is a little pathetic. I'm happy that weed is growing.

Yes it is nice :-D

LOL aww, don't consider it a weed then, a plant is only a weed if you consider it one :-P

Ok! :-D We named her. I can't remember what, though. The garlic and the petunias have names too. I had to put the pots inside tonight because it's unseasonably chilly at the moment. Fortunately the cats aren't in to eating plants.

Prettyyy~

Usually I don't like cacti much (bad experience with a cactus when I was younger), but that's really pretty.

I saw one at Tokyo Disneyland =O
It was really tall. I think it was real, too, but I forgot to look closely...
But it didn't have blooms =(
